COAX is a weekly club where anyone can share their bite-sized underprepared creative responses to a theme. Come along with an barely formed idea, page of writing, sentence or video made on your break.
COAX is all about flexing your making muscles. Keeping yourself active in-between serious art endeavours. You’ll be surprised at how great your spontaneous offering is.
COAX is an hour long performance salon led by Hannah Walker and Rosa Postlethwaite, co-hosts of PUG. There is no need to have any prior performance experience! Please contact us at: email@example.com if you would like to come along to any of the sessions, or just turn up. They are absolutely free!
“It was so supportive, so simple and so well thought through and put everyone at their ease brilliantly.”
“It’s a unique outlet for ideas and creativity that I would argue is limited in the region, especially for those who are struggling financially.”
“I think that coax has made me more confident in performing in front of people.”
“I think COAX is amazing, it breaks the limitations of the “Performance”, made me think, both about arts and myself.”
